Mortar to be a type K mortar: 113110 mix (white cement, hydrated lime and sand) to match existing color, grain size, texture and pointing technique. Masonry cleaning if necessary with Prosoco Sure Klean heavy-duty restoration cleaner appropriately diluted. There will be no changes in color, material, design, location or outward appearance. Non-applicable due to being in-kind repair. NOTE: The request to apply a waterproof sealer is not approved under this Certificate of Non-Applicability. Should the applicant wish to apply a waterproof sealer on the exterior of the building, a public hearing would be required for a Certificate of Appropriateness.
