Repair of brick foundation on south west comer at top of driveway. Foundation comer has been sinking, causing
foundation wall to move outward. Undergrounding footing will be repaired and brick foundation wall rebuilt from
approximately December 9 -16, 2016. Visible foundation facade will be restored in kind. Photos attached.
Professional engineer was hired to determine problem and scope of work. Mason has obtained necessary permits.
