1) Repair front steps.
The front steps and railing are old and rotting(pictures attached). We would like to repair and replace the
following using the same materials:
Remove and replace bottom riser.
Remove and replace right side handrail. (top rail only)
Repair right side bottom post.
2) Repair railing above porch.
This past winter, following one of the big snow storms, snow falling off the roof took out the railing above the
porch on the 2nd floor. We would like to repair and replace the railing using the same materials and restore it to
how it looked previously(pictures from before and after attached). Specifically, we would like to:
Replace approximately 14' of railing and match it to the existing railing.
Repair/restore 6 newel posts.
