Attach additional sheets, as necessary.  The soffit and trim boards of the back wing are in significant disrepair, primarily the result of dry rot. As a result of this disrepair rain and insects gain access into the portion of the house. The specified area is denoted with the red rectangle in the first photo below. We seek to repair in-kind the soffits and freeze boards. This includes: • Remove all dry rot on the front, right, rear and left sides of the area. • Repair in-kind using 3/8″ thick Georgia-Pacific Plytanium sanded plywood for the soffit and 1″ x 8″ TUF Trimboard for the fascia. • Prime and paint soffit and trim board. Paint will match the existing paint color. Matching of color will be done via spectrophotometer at Waters & Brown. .
