In the Oct 19th 2016 Historic Commission we sought permission to replace all 3rd floor gutters and down spouts that are visible from a public roadway with custom made copper gutters. Samples were brought to the meeting and the commission approved the request. In addition to replacing the 3rd floor gutters and downspouts that are visible from a public roadway, we also wish to replace the 3rd floor gutters and downspouts in the back of the house, which are minimally visible from any roadway. The gutters and downspouts will be the same make and type as those approved by the historic commission on Oct 19th and will be installed by the same contractor (Salem Sheet Metal Incorporated).
