closer together (approximately 1" to 1%"closer);
■ Add new picket fence between barn and SE corner and install new I'x 4'gate;
■ Add 2 new 42" tall sections of picket fence from NE corner of rear ell to existing gate and from gate to
SW corner of barn; and
■ Install new 42" tall picket fence between property and 14 Broad Street.
■ All fence sections to be painted green to match existing fence color.
