■ Remove wood shed in rearyard and replace with new,smaller wood shed. Shed will not be visible from a
public way.
■ Install new section of wood fence at rear of existing parking area. New section of fencing to be capped
flatboard 6'tall wood fence to match existing fence and painted to match color of house. New fence to be sited
slightly closer to street than existing fence.
REVISION.New flatboard fence to be redesigned with operable doors that will swing outward. New hardware(hinges
and latch)will match hardware on existing gate. Behind new fence,roofed structure will be added below height of
fence. This structure will not be visible from public way.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of Certificate.
