• Reroof upper slope of mansard roof only with Certain Teed Landmark Pro in "Granite Gray" Slate on lower
portion of mansard roof will remain intact. The approval of this roof shingle is based on the limited visibility
of the subject roof slope and is a one-time only approval.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of Certificate.
