• Installation of HVAC condenser units at rear of property with condition that units be screened with evergreen
planting;
■ Installation of 5'tall capped flatboard fence with pyramidal capped posts along rear property line with small
extension on southwest comer per Zoning Board of Appeals requirement.Fence to be unpainted white cedar;
■ Installation of two lightpoles with condition that individual lights be modified to prohibit casting of light onto
adjacent houses; and
■ Removal of second story rear window with condition that exterior window molding be replicated in original
location.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of Certificate.
