Description of Work Proposed:
Remove two (2) chimneys (after the fact) with chimney on west slope of roof to be rebuilt above roofline per
chimney detail drawing dated 9118117(see attached). Second chimney on rear slope is not visible from public
way named in the district and therefore not within Commission's jurisdiction. The building's third chimney (on
east slope of rood to be repointed with mortar to match existing color, grain size, texture and pointing
technique.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of Certificate.
