■ Replace 20 windows on building facade and Flint Street elevation (see attached diagram forspecific windows)
with wood double glazed 616 Marvin Ultimate windows. Windows to match existing glazing dimensions and
muntin width and profile and have copper spacers;
■ Repair and/or replace window trim and sills on same 20 windows.Sills to replicate depth, width and design of
existing sills and to be fabricated of wood. Trim details to be replicated in wood wherever possible,except for
wholesale replacement offlat board trim around Flint Street elevation windows, which can be replaced with
Azek;
■ Paint to match existing colors,and
■ Contractor to meet with Commission Chair and staff to determine specific design details in the field.
