We're confident that City records will confirm the timing. Below please find several photographs from the property brochure given to Mr.deNapoli during his initial inspection by the listing agent in December of 2016. All of the exterior shots clearly show a dark grey paint color,as opposed to the original mustard yellow. We can only assume that the previous owner repainted the building(#266 only)on her own volition without prior approval from your Commission. Having said that the colors she selected suit the building, and are listed in the "historic"section at Water's&Brown's. As such we would ask the Commission to retroactively approve the existing color scheme on#266 Lafayette Street. Further more, the even more recent owners of the adjacent and attached property,#268,Matthew and Jamuna Reppert, would similarly request approval to repaint their side of the structure in the identical color scheme so as to provide a tasteful and cohesive appearance to the property. Those colors are, specifically,Benjamin Moore"Grey",code:2121-10 as the primary gun- metal grey/blue color, and C2 paint's"Ecru",code C2-143W,a light beige secondary color for the trim. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Respectively, Paul F.deNapoli Matthew Reppert Jamuna Reppert j7(l .;. . fi
