muntins and bronze spacers. All existing windows not scheduled to be replaced will be painted black to match.
Condominium association has option to replace windows on rear of building with Jeld-Wen windows to match.
✓ Staff inspected property on 9128117. Completed work complies with the Certificate issued on 5126117.
