We have reviewed your application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability to replace the existing casement
window at the rear of your house with a new aluminum clad window. Unfortunately, the request does not
qualify for Non-Applicability because the window is visible from both Carpenter Street(seasonally) and
Gifford Court. I will change the request to a Certificate of Appropriateness and will schedule the review to the
Commission's December 6'�'meeting. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
