It comes with 1-7/8"cedar sill nose and 5/4 x 5 cedar flat casing trim already applied. It has insulated glass with ILT simulated divided light muntins. The exterior muntin bars have a putty profile and the interior muntins have an ogee profile. There is a black spacer bar between the glass. These muntins are not true divided light with individual panes of glass,but they are often used in historic settings. I've attached supporting documents that you'll likely need for the historic commission.
