All work to be performed by McLaughlin Masonry,work at or below grade with exception of front staircase.
1)Repair/replace brick sidewalk- This will be done in accordance with the city's BRICK SIDEWALK REPAIR,
REPLACEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION PROGRAM
2)Reset granite front staircase - Granite stairs have become unlevel and unsafe. Remove stone with excavator.
Inspect footing. On 3/4 crushed stone base, install new concrete footing. With machine,reinstall granites on a
Portland cement base. Level up with 8"x8" block for each install of granite. Finish with tooled flat joints.
4)Install riverstone between sidewalk and street-traditional treatment for McIntire District
5)Install brick driveway with cobblestone entry- currently dirt driveway.
