We wish to make repairs to the gutter on the side of the house that faces Griffin Place as the gutter is rotting,and
we also wish to scrape and repaint that side of the house.We will use the same paint colors and wood materials.
We also wish to make repairs to the area around the front door that is on Federal St as the overhang and underneath
the door has rotted.Again,we will use wood and stick to the same colors.
Lastly,a developer has done some damage to the side of the house that faces 161 Federal St,and we wish to make
a few minor repairs to the clapboard.Again,only wood will be used and the same color paint.
