Wood Siding Project for 94 Derby Street (#7-9)
Applying for Certificate of Non-Applicability:
The condos are comprised of two buildings: a
brick portion on the corner of Carlton and
Derby Streets and a wood portion that sits on
Derby. The siding to be redone is on the front
side of the wood building. A few pieces of
window trim and sills will also be replaced
where necessary. Siding and trim/sills will be
replaced in kind: wood materials in the same
color scheme (previously approved). The
current wood overhang above the door will
remain.
