Mortar to be a type K mortar: 1/3110 mix(white cement, hydrated lime and sand) to match existing color, grain size, texture and pointing technique; and ■ Replace existing 3-tab asphalt shingle roof with new 3-tab asphalt roof to match existing. There will be no changes in material, design, location or outward appearance. Non-applicable due to being in-kind replacement. NOTE: Request to redesign rear porch and paint cottage with new paint colors will be heard at the Historical Commission's June 7tb meeting.
