Hi Patricia
We closed on 17 Beckford Street this morning and I have attached an application to repair any wood trim as needed,
and re-painting.The seller did not provide any original paint colors,so we did a match to the back side of the house that
isn't so badly faded as the rest of the house to try to get closest to the original color.A picture of the paint chip next to
the siding is attached.Also attached is a picture of the front of the house from Beckford Street. Below is a copy of the
chip image of the proposed trim color.
