■ Reconstruct two chimneys from roofline with following conditions:
o Chimneys are to be rebuilt to match existing height and dimensions;
o New brick to replicate existing brick in terms of color, dimension and bond pattern. NOTE:
Applicant to provide sample of brick prior to reconstruction to ensure new brick is in-kind
match.
o New mortar to be type N mortar: 11116 mix(Portland cement, hydrated lime and sand) to match
existing color, grain size, texture and pointing technique.
There will be no changes in color, material, design, location or outward appearance. Non-applicable due to
being in-kind repair and painting.
Upon completion of above work,please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
