o Reconstruct roof balustrade as shown on drawings by Pomeroy & Co dated 7/20/20.
o Replace existing roof hatch with new Bilco Type-S aluminum roof hatch painted black to match
new black EPDM rubber membrane roofing.
o In-kind replacement of existing 3-tab asphalt roof shingles.
o In-kind replacement of copper roof flashing and drip-edge.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
