o Replace existing replacement windows with new Pella Architect Series double-glazed all-wood
windows in 6/6 configuration:
■ Five(5) windows on south elevation(Washington Square)not including basement windows;
■ Two (2) windows on west fagade; and
■ Dormer window and second story bay window on west fagade.
■ NOTE: All remaining windows are not visible from a public way and are therefore not within
Historical Commission jurisdiction.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
