o Construct new retaining wall along Gedney Street property line with the following conditions:
▪ Wall to be constructed of Rockwood Lakeland retaining wall blocks in “Sante Fe” color;
▪ Wall to be in line or slightly recessed behind plane of building foundation and parged wall at
adjacent property; and
▪ Wall not to exceed 30” in height.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
