o Construct new rear addition and alter roofline of existing addition per drawings by Seger
Architects dated September 16, 2020. New clapboards, roofing, trim, corner boards and windows
to match existing details, profiles and color on house. Final plans showing all details to be
submitted to Historical Commission Staff for final review and approval before issuance of a
building permit.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
