Description of Approval of Work:
• Install one Velux VS M04 (30 1/16” x 37 7/8”) skylight on rear (north) roof slope. Skylight to be
in a dark color, deck mounted and located as close to roof ridge as possible. Commission approves
this application due to limited visibility of roof slope and project area.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
