Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance. District: McIntire Address of Property: 10 Hathorne Street Name of Record Owner: Andrew Terrat Description of Approval of Work: Replace existing wood windows with new all-wood Marvin Ultimate double-glazed windows with exterior applied muntins to match existing 2/2 or 1/1 configuration except for window #26, which will be changed to a 2/2 window configuration. Windows to have bronze spaces and ½ screens and to be painted black as previously approved by Commission. All exterior window casings and sills to be retained and restored. Windows on rear (west) elevations of building are not visible from a public way and are therefore exempt from Historical Commission jurisdiction. Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of Certificate.
