▪ Replace existing shutters with new wood shutters
▪ Paint new shutters and porch decking and stair treads in black
▪ Replace wood gutter on two-story rear ell with new wood gutter lined in copper to match existing
dimensions and details; GUTTERS TO BE REPLACED IN COPPER TO MATCH
EXISTING PROFILE AND PAINTED TO MATCH TRIM COLOR. TRIM DETAIL TO
BE ADDED TO MATCH EXISTING. GABLE RETURNS TO BE RETAINED AND
REPLICATED IN COPPER TO MATCH EXISTING.
▪ Replace existing downspout from rear ell to rear addition with new larger round copper
downspout;
▪ Replace existing wood gutters on single-story rear addition with new copper gutters.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
