2019 with the following notes:

o Changes on rear of building are not visible from a public way, and are therefore not within
Commission's jurisdiction; and
o Roof on rear addition will not be replaced.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
