o Capped picket style in wood with 5"x 5"posts, 4"wide pickets spaced 2" apart, and a
1"x 2" fence cap (see attached photo);
o Painted white to match trim color of main house;
o Approximately 3%2 feet tall to correspond with height of iron fencing on side property
boundary; and
o Located at southwest corner of house.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
