If details are different than presented,Applicant and/or contractor to submit revised details to Commission for review and approval. Applicant has option to phase work to allow gutter replacement on front offagade bay to be completed at a later time. • In-kind replacement of copper gutter on front vestibule. • Replace downspouts with new corrugated metal downspouts in either 3"or 4"diameter. Downspouts to be painted to match underlying house color. Downspouts to remain in existing locations; no downspout is to be placed over fagade quoins. • Repair and/or replace trim as necessary and paint to match existing. Fascia board replacement to be in PVC material to be painted to match trim color. All other replacement to be in wood to match existing. NOTE:Approval of proposed north replacement to be continued to May 1, 2019 meeting.
