NOTICE OF DENIAL OF APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
RE: 22 Beckford Street
On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, the Salem Historical Commission unanimously voted not to approve an
application for a Certificate of Appropriateness from Christopher Sallah for the approval of window trim
color in "black". The Commission determined that the use of a dark trim color against a light body color
was not appropriate for the historic Federal style house built in 1765.
I attest that this is an accurate record of the vote taken, not amended or modified in any way to this date.
