▪ In-kind replacement of existing aluminum gutters and downspouts. Paint to match existing house
color;
▪ Install new aluminum gutter and two downspouts on rear (north) elevation. Downspout on NW
corner to be installed behind fence and as near to cornerboard as possible while staying behind
fence. All to be painted to match existing house paint color.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
