■ Replace wood shingle siding with cedar clapboards. Clapboards to have approximately 4"reveal.
■ New Benjamin Moore paint colors: Body to be "Marblehead Gold";Door to be "New London
Burgundy"; and Trim and window sash to be white.
■ Install new fabric awnings in black and white stripe to match style of awnings shown in 1983
photograph (see attached).
■ Replace existing 3-tab asphalt roof shingles with matching 3-tab shingles.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate.
