• Alter carriage house doors by replacing upper wood panels with new true-divided wood glazing with the
following condition:
o Glazing to be 8-lites (4 lites wide by 2 lites tall)similar to glazing pattern found on carriage house
doors at 384 Essex Street as shown on "other properties in the McIntire District with similar carriage
doors as proposed"provided in the submitted application dated 3125119. Glazing muntins to be painted
to match color of barn doors.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate.
