• Remove all fencing along Brown Street at rear of Essex Block.
• Existing iron picket fencing with brickpillars to be restored and rebuilt.
• New iron picket fencing with brickpillars to match existing to be installed along remaining section of
streetscape.
• Applicant to submit details offence gates for review at next Commission meeting on January 19, 2019.
Upon completion of above work,please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
