• Remove two existing windows on Blaney Street elevation (after the fact)and infill window openings with new
brick to match the existing color, dimensions, bond pattern, mortar color and pointing technique of building's
brick walls. Brick infill to be slightly recessed(approximately 1")from wall plane.
• NOTE:Review of the new roof vent installation (after the fact)has been continued to the Commission's
meeting on January 16,2019 to allow the applicant to study alternative kitchen ventilating systems to
minimize the impacts of noise and odors on adjacent properties.
Upon completion of window infill,please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate. '7
