Description of Approval of Work:
■ Restore slate on front(south)slope of roof and on both slopes of front dormers.
■ Restore slate or replace with synthetic slate on wall and roof of side dormers.
■ Replace existing slate on remaining roof slopes with CertainTeed Highland Slate architectural asphalt shingles
in "Smokey Quartz".
■ Reflash roof valleys in copper with recommendation for double layer of copper.
■ Install new aluminum drip edge with condition that drip edge be minimally visible(less than 1").
Upon completion of above work,please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
