■ Restore slate on front(south)slope of roof and on both slopes offront dormers.
• Restore slate or replace with synthetic slate on walls and re of side dormers.
■ Replace existing slate on remaining roof slopes_and side dormer roofs with CertainTeed Highland Slate
architectural asphalt shingles in "Smokey Quartz".
■ Reflash roof valleys in copper with recommendation for double layer of copper.
■ Install new aluminum drip edge with condition that drip edge be minimally visible (less than 1').
Upon completion of above work,please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
