■ Install five(S)new bike racks per attached plan "Public Library Bike Rach Locations v.2". Commission
recommends the following considerations:place racks 3'from the sidewalk curb to allow access to and from
parked vehicles; replicate previously installed decorative rack design instead of simple hoop rack as proposed;
install additional bike racks in the parking area adjacent to the Library garden.
Upon completion of above work,please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
