Description of Approval of Work:
• Remove existing fagade dormer with the request that applicant save dormer window sash if possible.
• Install new balustrade on rear single-story ell and rear entry stairs and railings per drawings by Architects
dated December 17, 2018 with the following provisions:
o Applicant to extend section of balustrade along Williams Street side of ell to the full length.
o Balustrade and railing to be painted to match trim color.
Upon completion of above work,please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
