■ Remove fabric-insulated wire on fagade of house and replace with 2"PVC conduit. Conduit to
begin under gable return on North Pine Street(east) elevation, continue under downspout elbow,
and run parallel to downspout on fagade(south) elevation. Conduit to be placed as closely as
possible to existing downspout and be painted to match house color.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
