steps to match foundation color.NOTE:Applicant has option to repaint in existing paint color
scheme of peach for body and green for trim.
■ Replace deteriorated windows with Jeldwen W-4500 clad windows in 2/2 configuration with

■ Install new Jeldwen I 5-lite French door on rear ell conditional upon final approval of design b

required to document compliance with this Certificate.
