It is hereby certified that the Salem Historical Commission has determined that the proposed:

set forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance.

■ Restoration of existing storefront windows;
■ Installation of one (1)new 212 Marvin Ultimate wood window on first floor of west elevation to align with
windows above;
■ Installation of new wood gate to be located at southeast corner of building, with right side fixed;
■ Installation of rock faced granite steps with a 2'landing at side entry;
■ Installation of new wood shutters with final details to be approved by Commission Chair and/or her designee in
the field,•
■ Installation of new decorative trim details on first story porch post with final details to be approved by
Commission Chair and/or her designee in the field; and
■ New Benjamin Moore paint colors: "Coventry Gray"for clapboards, "Phillipsburg Blue"for trim and
"Kendall Charcoal"for shutters/window sash.
Upon completion of above work,please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.

indicated.
