• Replace existing 3-tab asphalt shingle roof with Enviroshake composite shingle roofing in `Aged Cedar".
• This application is unique in that it is the first composite shingle roofing application being reviewed by the
Commission and that the Commission has limited experience with which to adequately judge the application.
In this regard, the Commission has determined this installation to be a pilot or test case, which may make the
existing guidelines subject to modification, to which future applications may be subject.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
