2. The prices and terms in this quote are not subject to verbal changes or other agreements unless approved in writing
by the management of Millwork Masters (a division of Woodbury Supply Co., Inc.)
3. This quote is not an offer to secure the goods stated herein. This quote is not a sales order. The final order for any
product stated herein is subject to changes by the customer which may affect its final price and specifications.
4. All quotes and agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, fires, availability of materials and all other causes
beyond our control.
5. If this quote listing is in any part derived from our take-off of constructions plans or drawings, we cannot be liable for
any error arising out of the differences in the interpretation of those plans.
6. Conditions not specifically stated herein shall be governed by established trade customs.
7. Typographical and clerical errors shall be subject to correction.
8. This quote is valid for 30 days, or if not specifically stated, for no more than 15 days.
9. If accepted, the materials on this quote must be delivered within 45 days of the acceptance date. Thereafter, it is
subject to change without notice.
Special Order Policy
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your order - an order made specifically for you and to your
exacting specifications. In order to provide you with the best service possible and most rewarding experience, we would
like to make you aware of, and have you confirm, a few items.
1. Please make sure that we take the time to review your entire order with you, verifying quantities, specifications,
layout, special requirements, etc. Once your special order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or revised.
2. Any returns of special-order items are subject to the return charges and policies of the specific manufacturer
and are NOT returnable to Millwork Masters until such return is pre-authorized by the manufacturer or management of
Millwork Masters. Set up units and specially manufactured items are NOT returnable.
3. You agree to adhere to all installation instructions and warranty information.
4. You have an option of three (3) payment terms:
a) ALL ORDERS $3,500.00 AND BELOW ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO ORDER PLACEMENT. A minimum 50%
deposit is required on ALL special orders over $3,500.00. An invoice will be sent to you for the balance in full upon the
product's receipt into our Distribution Center. Delivery must be accepted within seven (7) days. PAYMENT MUST BE
RECEIVED IN FULL PRIOR TO DELIVERY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
b) Payment in full upon order placement. If the order is paid in full at the point of order, you will be notified by
phone when your order has been received at our Distribution Center. We will hold the order up to a maximum of thirty
(30) days with this payment option. Orders not delivered within this timeframe are subject to storage charges.
c) An open, approved in-store, charge account subject to the stated terms and conditions set forth therein.
5. Product delivery to the local area will incur a $15.00 service fee. Additional delivery and storage charges may
apply to your order. Please make sure we explain our delivery and storage fee policy clearly.
Once you have reviewed and understand this, we ask that you sign below. Your signature is required before we can
place your special order.
