Description of Approval of Work:
▪ Replace two (2) existing basement windows on façade (south) elevation with new 6-light, true-
divided all wood Brosco window sash painted black with new storm windows in black. Relocate
dryer vent to southwest corner of foundation on driveway side of building. New vent to be painted
black.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
