RE: Paint Color Change Request – 132 Derby St.
The Derby-Bentley Condo Association wishes to petition the City of Salem Historical
Commission for approval of exterior paint color change at 132 Derby St.
The proposed color palette is:
Exterior: Benjamin Moore - Van Deusen Blue (HC-156)
Trim: Benjamin Moore - Ultra White (CC-10)
Doors: Benjamin Moore – Black (HC-190)
The Association has completed both period appropriate and neighborhood centric research and
we feel the proposed color scheme compliments the neighborhood. The proposed colors are
similar to 19 Bentley Street’s color scheme.
