of Work:
Replace 6 window well pans, Reflash slate against outside of window well pans and replace
ornamental wood scrolls on the sides of window wells:
Set a ladder stage at the bottom of each window well
Remove the slate that abut the outside of the window wells along with the tin window wells
Remove the ornamental wood scrolls on the outside of the window well
Fabricate and install new custom copper window well pans
Each window well pan will turn up under the window and return under the slate on the right and left of each window
The slate that abuts the ornamental wood blocks will properly step flashed on each individual course of slate
New ornamental scrolls will be fabricated to match the exact profile of the existing
All debris will be cleaned up at the end of each day, any metal removed will be recycled at the time of removal
