▪ Replace rear deck railing with Intex Millwork Solutions “Hampton” style composite railing
system with a flat top rail and peaked post caps. All railing elements to be painted “Navajo
White” to match existing trim color.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
